I want to cover 3 myths that are seen in the world of online marketing in hopes to bringing some clarity to those of you having difficulties.
Push button software programs typically are only part of the whole business set-up. Sure, there are some great software programs out there that I could not live without.
However, I have never seen any successful online business owner or affiliate marketer become ultra successful simply by implementing 1 piece of software.
For instance, let's say you find a push button software that helps flood your site with traffic. If you do not have your funnel set up properly, which includes follow up, back end offers, email autoresponders, shopping carts or merchant accounts, etc, you will not succeed just getting traffic to your offer.
Suggestion: Implement timeless traffic strategies to existing funnels that have proven to work. This is where getting involved in a proven affiliate program will be helpful for the beginner or failing marketer.
One myth that many of you fall victim to is purchasing these products that the "gurus" say can make you the same amount of money online that they have made.
Maybe their sales page shows proof of their earnings by demonstrating a live screen cast of their bank account or affiliate back-office account.
However, the truth behind this myth is that many of these product owners are making that money selling that product to buyers like you! The product owners share their lists with other product owners and get help from affiliates spreading the information around the web and the income comes from the actual selling of the information product, NOT from using the system they are trying to sell you!
Suggestion: Really do your research on the products and use your best judgment on what people are recommending. Only get involved with programs with many testimonials.
**Also remember that there are naysayers about every program - this is an advanced marketing strategy to get you away from one product and to buy their product!

PLUS, with paid traffic you can scale up much quicker. It takes weeks, sometimes months to get scaled up with free traffic methods.
